Online Course Full Backup

I will leave honest feedback based on the quality of the work. If this is completed properly, there is potential for ongoing work.
I need someone to create a full backup of a large online course. The course contains many videos, so attention to detail is very important.
The task is to record the entire course exactly as it appears, including:
1. Full screen recordings with audio
2. A separate transcript file for each video
3. A separate short description file for each video
4. The full course hierarchy copied in the correct order
5. A clean folder structure matching the course layout
The recordings are for the video content only. Transcripts and descriptions must be saved separately as .txt files, not included inside the video recording.
You must copy the structure exactly, including modules, lessons, video order, and titles. Everything should be organized clearly so I can review it easily as the course reflects it.
Important: Do not mark any course lessons as completed during the process.
I can provide access to TurboScribe for transcripts if you do not already have transcription software.
Delivery must be uploaded into one Google Drive folder.
I will provide the main upload folder, but you are responsible for creating the full folder structure inside it. The folder structure must match the course exactly, including modules, lessons, titles, and order.
Do not upload one large unorganized file.
Each lesson must include:
1. The video recording with audio
2. A transcript file in .txt format
3. A short video description file in .txt format
Timeline: 2 days.
I will personally check every video, transcript, and description to make sure they match the course properly. Accuracy matters more than speed, but the project must still be completed within the timeline.
