ORO 69 - Video editing

We are an Italian buy gold shops network. Our website is oro69.net. We need to make some short videos, 15 seconds to play on YouTube ADS, Instagram Ads and on our shops monitors.
Somthing basic about cash, happyness, family shopping, maximun paymants ever...this's the mood we would to covey to peeople.
15 seconds because so we can use those videos on shops monitors but on YouTube too. On pourpose we would also like to have some short cuts, 6 seconds, again to use them on YouTube.
We think the best is to make 3 or 4 or 5 short videos, 15 seconds long and than create a version where put all these videos together into one to be looped to our monitors.
The videos must contain: captivating images; logo (ORO69); what do we do (ita- COMPRORO IN CONTANTI / eng- buy gold in cash); how much we pay (ita- PAGHIAMO FINO A 69 €/gr / eng- We pay up to 69 €/gr); slogan.
The slogan is basically the only part that varies according to creativity. For example: "ita- Trasforma i tuoi sogni in realtà / eng-make your dreams come true"; "ita- Il miglior compro oro di sempre / eng- the best buy gold ever"; "ita- Oro 69 come la giri la giri conviene! / eng- Gold 69 how you turn it turns it is convenient!"; "ita- Il tuo oro vale di più con Oro 69! / eng- Your gold is worth more with 69 gold!" etc ... The Slogans must be written in Italian: we can supply them. Some examples are already present in this description. Part of creativity can be about the animation: for example the circle of logo can turn an than stop somwhere in the video or some like this...
