About Us A3 Realty is a performance-focused real estate brokerage in Florida powered by Nexus — a proprietary deal management and compliance platform built for modern agents. We help agents close more deals, stay compliant, and grow their income through AI-powered tools, guided offer building, and broker-grade infrastructure.
What We Need We're looking for a creative freelancer (or small team) to help us produce high-quality content that communicates the Nexus platform clearly and compellingly to real estate agents.
Deliverables
Platform Demo Video (2–3 min): A polished walkthrough of the Nexus platform showing key features — deal room, offer builder, performance dashboard, and lead tools. Should feel premium, modern, and fast-paced.
Short-form Video Clips (6–10 clips): 15–60 second cuts optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn — feature highlights, agent pain points, before/after framing.
Static Social Media Posts (10–15 posts): Designed graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook covering value props, feature callouts, and testimonial-style content.
Thumbnail / Preview Assets: YouTube thumbnail, video cover frames.
Ideal Skills
Motion graphics / screen recording + voice-over
Short-form social video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Graphic design (Figma, Canva Pro, or Adobe)
Experience with SaaS or PropTech content is a strong plus
Ability to match an established brand style (dark, premium, modern)
Brand Direction Dark, premium, high-performance. Think: institutional meets sleek tech. Reference: our platform UI is clean and minimal with gold/amber accents on dark backgrounds.
Deliverable Format
Video: MP4, 1080p minimum
Graphics: PNG/PDF + source files
Social cuts: sized for each platform (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
