Need 45 minute YouTube Interview to 10-20 short videos -- 2

Hi Guys,
I have a friend who has a 45 minute YouTube Interview that he wants to be cut into 60sec to 90 sec 10-20ish short videos….it’s about his life with anxiety and still living through it, thriving and killing it…he wants to advertise himself to other people living with similar mental health situations that want to “join” his community and follow his blog and social media etc.

He wants to pick some ‘motivational,’ ‘inspiring,’ or ‘catchy’ clips that he can repurpose on YouTube and Instagram...
Before you apply;
1. Only premiere pro editor preferred (Maybe I need the premiere pro project, So keep things organized)
2. Before we start the project, I want to see 1st 60sec video from you so I can confirm that you are fit for this project.
