Need long term short video editor editor

Seeking video editor for new Gaming YouTube channel. I am creating funny video game review/recap channel. I will provide video footage . I need an editor to add the video and audio to a new video as separate layers, cut the video footage to match the audio and add sound effect or memes. Editor will also need to include the intro and outro video clips (provided in .mp4 format) along with an overlay watermark/graphic (provided, placed bottom right of video).

Editing time should be quite fast for each video, approximately 60 mins per video.

Final video clips will be exported in mp4 format for delivery.

Looking for long term arrangement with right person. This jobs is only for 3 videos to test first. Once happy with freelancer, then will set up longer contract for weekly work
