Need a basic video editor (Cut/trim/audio enhancer)

I am looking for a basic video editor who can assist me with cutting, trimming, audio enhancement, and color correction. The raw footage that needs to be edited is less than 1 hour in length. I am open to the freelancer's creative interpretation and do not have a specific style or example in mind.
