Need a Video Editor for YouTube Videos.

I am looking for a skilled video editor to help me with my YouTube channel. The ideal candidate should have experience in editing videos that are less than 5 minutes long and have an artistic editing style. Although I have some ideas for specific effects and transitions, I am open to the editor's creativity and suggestions.
Skills and experience required for this project:
