Need a Video Editor For editing a Series.

We are in need of a long term video editor who can handle various types of video editing tasks. The videos will range from trailers, event coverage, and entertainment footage. We are looking for someone who can edit in a cinematic and polished style.The ideal candidate should have experience in video editing, be able to deliver quality work within deadlines, and have excellent communication skills.
The pay will be decent but we are only willing to pay after a small edited sample(may be a trailer or few minutes of an episode) since we might be throwing money completely down the drain if the work is not up to the standard that we need.
The first project is a fairly simple scene from one of our own fantasy productions (Like Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings).
With that said there are over 100 takes and the sound is separate and needs cleaning up so it will take a good eye and also some vision of your own to pull it off.
