Need Subtitles/shorts of a 50 minutes long video

Hello We need an editor who could use AI but create accurate and eye catching subtitles for a video that is one hour long. We also need shorts for tiktok and youtube shorts.

Someone with prior experience and ability to deliver in the nxt few hours will be preferred.
