Need a Premiere Pro Video Editor
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have attached a requirements document with some details. Basically I am looking for some Adobe Premiere Pro video editors to assist me, so that I can output more videos more frequently. I want to give this assignment to 4 or 5 editors, and choose the best 2 of them to work with me on an on going basis. Please see the attached requirements document for more details. But max budget for this test project is $50.
