Need a Long Term Video Editor with good skills of motion graphics

I am looking for a long-term video editor who has excellent skills of motion graphics. I need someone who can provide a combination of both video editing and motion graphics. I can provide the necessary raw video footage, but I need help with sourcing it. Furthermore, I am looking for someone who is available in the mornings.
