Need Hindi YouTube Video Creator Under $5 Per Video

I'm looking for a freelancer who can make me youtube videos in the Hindi language for under $5 per video.

I will provide youtube video links from other channels as video topics for my channel, all you've to do is to prepare new scripts in Hindi than the provided videos will have and create videos for my youtube channel on the same exact video topic using those scripts.

The videos I will provide as topics will also be in the Hindi language. You only have to rewrite those scripts so they sound new to avoid copyright issues from those channels. But the provided tips and information in the video will be the same as in the referenced video.

The length of most videos will be from 5 to 8min max.

And since the videos will be on general devotional tips, Vastu shastra, religious topics, facts, and information related to Hindu facts, the research behind creating the script and making the videos will be much easier.
