Need Editor For Recipes Re-Edit

Need Editor to Re-Edit Same Content, in different way.....

Just have to add Text in Video and make recipe Small (like Quick Recipe)
And a YT Thumbnail for it.....

This All Content will Go on New YouTube Channel,

1) we will not able to Give any money to Editor, But will give ??-??% ????? (Negotiable as per Editor) on that Channel, till when editor wants to work.

2) we already have Content of which run Continually for 8 ?????? on YouTube if upload, n more coming on daily basis....
