Need a Basic Video Editor (Shorts + Long Videos) – Simple Motion Graphics

I’m looking for a basic motion graphic editor for my YouTube videos (shorts and sometimes long videos). The work includes simple animated text, titles, basic transitions, and clean effects. I do not need high-level professional motion graphics right now.

My budget is ₹150 per short video, or ₹2500 per month for regular work. This is a long-term project and after monetization, I will increase the budget.
