? Overview
We’re looking to grow a YouTube presence that complements our pet-focused brand — and we’re open to content that lives within a broader pet/lifestyle niche to maximize reach and revenue potential.
This role goes beyond editing — we’re looking for a creative content partner who can take the lead on idea generation, storytelling, structure, and optimization.
✅ Trial Structure
1 full-length video (8–10+ mins) as a sample
If aligned, we’d continue with a discussion for a monthly agreement for ongoing videos
? Ongoing Deliverables (Post-Trial)
2 long-form YouTube videos per week (suggested: Monday & Friday)
Minimum 8 minutes (ideally 10+) for monetization eligibility
Clear storyline, strong intro, mid-segment retention, and closing CTA
Includes:
Scripting or outline planning
Voiceover (optional but preferred)
Basic editing & transitions
Captions/subtitles where needed
Thumbnail creation
Optimized titles, tags, and descriptions
? Creative Direction
We’ll collaborate on overall themes and brand feel — but you’ll take the lead on:
Content calendar & series concepts (e.g., “Pet Owner Challenges,” “Dog Training Diaries,” etc.)
SEO-driven titles & topics
Editing style aligned with YouTube audience behavior
Channel retention strategies (encouraging repeat viewers, subs, playlists)
We value creativity, adaptability, and strategic thinking — not just content production.
? Access & Ownership
Freelancer will be added as Manager in YouTube Studio (upload/schedule/videos only — no admin access)
Client retains full ownership of all video content and channel rights
Assets and project files to be provided upon request
? Pay Terms
Monthly flat rate (e.g., $X/month — to be finalized post-trial)
Paid via milestone (Freelancer platform)
Trial video reviewed before final agreement
Bonus options may be considered for high-performing content (e.g., 10K+ views, above-average retention)
