Musical Time-Travel Montages
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a creative designer to craft two basic yet engaging video montages for a musical, illustrating the journey through time. These will be used between scenes, while the set is getting switched around.
Requirements:
- One 30-second video/audio montage (Male character packs up and leaves home to try and make it in Nashville, which is considered a 10-year town and chasing dreams takes time, rejection, and many lonely nights.)
- One 60-second video montage (“Three Years Go By” Idea. Purpose: To show the rise of stardom with our main character and his girlfriend: Red carpet events, awards, recording studios, radio snippets, magazine covers, signing autographs, tour buses, fans and more and while he is growing in fame, the fall of another male character as alcohol has overtaken him, alone at bars, wasted, shoving paparazzi, bad headlines, angry, mounting tension with his label and manager and losing everything and at some point, we find him in rehab, takes place.)
- No underscore or music is needed. Sound effects are ok.
- If using people, we do not need to see direct faces per say. More directed to show time-lapse.
- Modern style
- Mixed media: images, text, video clips
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Video editing expertise
- Strong storytelling ability
- Experience with modern design aesthetics
