Employment Type: Part-time [10 hours a week]
The Label Machine, a leading music company providing marketing tools, music distribution, and an educational community for music artists & label managers, is seeking a passionate junior Multimedia Coordinator to join our dynamic company. This is an existing position that you will be taking over from an existing employee, and we will provide training, and operating processes, to get you up and running. If you are a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for music, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Podcast (1 x month)
-Editing video feed and uploading to YouTube/Spotify for Podcasters (Anchor)
-Transcribing (using premier pro) and then submitting into a blog
-Posting podcast blog
-Create vertical videos from podcast key moments
YouTube editing and uploading (2x month)
-Editing Footage and adding titles (following form script notes)
-Upload to Youtube
Live Q&A and Workshop (4 x month)
-Sending the weekly Live Q&A and Workshop topics to members
-Upload replays to Vimeo and post in the community
-Send reply emails out to members
Social Media (Weekly)
Posting vertical content using templates
-TLM - Instagram Reels
-TLM TikTok
-TLM YT Shorts
Artists Quote content across
-TLM FB
-TLM Instagram feed
Webinars
-Setting up webinars in Zoom using templates
-Creating replay landing pages on website using templates
Website
-Plugin updates (wordpress)
-Creating landing pages when required for website updates
Marketing Machine
-Setting up new accounts
-Creating landing pages when required for website updates
-Attend 1 x weekly meeting (hour)
Required Skills:
-Proficiency in HTML/CSS.
-Video editing expertise using Premiere Pro and CapCut.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
-Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
