Multimedia Content Editor (Video, Audio & Graphics) – Revenue Share

I’m building a cross-platform content brand (LinkedIn, Substack, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, podcast) that blends AI insights, ambition, and authenticity — and I need a skilled editor to bring my raw content to life.
If you’re a creative video/audio editor with a good eye for design, who knows how to take raw recordings and visuals and make them scroll-stopping, polished, and ready for publishing — this is for you. This is a revenue-share opportunity with long-term creative potential.
What You'll Do:
- Edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) from raw video, voiceover, or podcast recordings
- Add captions, transitions, animations, trending sounds, and branding elements
- Polish podcast audio — remove filler, add intro/outro, and clean up sound
- Create eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube/podcasts and promotional visuals
- Design basic social media graphics (quote cards, carousels, promo posts) using Canva or similar tools
- Align all content with Reem Tech’s visual identity and voice
- Collaborate with the writer and strategist on content pacing and messaging
- Collaborate on visual direction for a future Reem Tech website or media hub
What You Bring:
- Experience editing for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, or podcasts
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Descript, or Audacity
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma
- Understanding of social media visuals and what grabs attention
- Bonus if you’ve designed thumbnails or worked with personal brands
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Compensation:
This is a revenue-share model. You’ll earn a percentage of all net income generated from:
- YouTube and podcast monetization
- Substack and digital product sales
- Sponsored content and affiliate deals
