Multilingual Video Editor for Agri-Tech Content

We are looking for a skilled freelance video editor to create engaging, clear, and visually appealing video content, with accurate voice transcriptions and subtitles in multiple Indian languages. The content will include product how-to guides, customer testimonials, product benefit snippets, and educational materials targeted at farmers, Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs), Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and channel partners involved in agri value chains.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit raw video footage to create polished final videos for different use cases including “How-To” product tutorials, testimonial stories, and brief promotional clips.

Incorporate voice transcriptions and create accurate subtitles in at least 5 major Indian languages such as Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, etc.

Sync voiceover audio tracks with video content seamlessly.

Add branding elements, captions, infographics, and animations to enhance viewer understanding and engagement.

Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure messaging is clear and consistent.

Optimize videos for user-friendly formats for WhatsApp, social media platforms, and website use.

Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Suggest creative ideas to improve video content quality and storytelling.

Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a video editor, preferably with agricultural or technology product videos.

Strong skills in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.

Experience with transcription, captioning, and subtitling tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere’s caption feature, Aegisub).

Ability to translate or work with translated scripts for accurate multilingual subtitles.

Good understanding of Indian regional languages (oral and written) is strongly preferred.

Strong storytelling skills with an eye for visual details.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote work environment.

Portfolio showcasing previous work in product demos, testimonials, and explainer videos.

Deliverables:
Edited videos in specified formats (mp4, mov) optimized for WhatsApp and social media.

Separate subtitle files (.srt or .vtt) for each language version.

Voice transcription files aligned with the video timestamps.

Raw project files with edits for revisions if necessary.
