Music: cinematic sports motivation with a gradual build-up
Style: realistic football performance, serious athlete mood, natural lighting and believable movement

The video should focus on football performance, preparation, discipline, teamwork, communication, tactical awareness, emotional control and strong body language.

Do not build the entire video around match footage, dribbling or players running with the ball. Use a varied mix of preparation scenes, training details, tactical moments, team interactions, physical actions and wider football environments.

Different fictional players may appear, but the visual style, lighting, colour grading and overall atmosphere must remain consistent.

Avoid logos, branded kits, real professional player likenesses, recognizable stadium branding, generic goal celebrations, unrealistic AI movement and fantasy or superhero-style visuals.

Detailed voiceover, scene flow and editing instructions will be provided separately.

Commercial usage and intellectual property rights

The Freelancer represents and warrants that all deliverables are either original works created by the Freelancer or contain materials lawfully licensed for worldwide, perpetual commercial use by the Client, including use on websites, social media, mobile applications, digital platforms and paid advertising.

The Freelancer shall not use any music, video footage, images, graphics, fonts, templates, voice recordings, AI-generated content, trademarks, likenesses or other third-party materials unless their licences expressly permit incorporation into the final deliverables and the Client’s intended commercial use.

The Freelancer shall promptly replace or remove, at no additional cost, any material that is subject to a copyright, licensing or other intellectual property claim.

The Freelancer shall indemnify the Client against third-party claims, damages, settlements and reasonable legal costs resulting from the Freelancer’s breach of these warranties.

Upon full payment, all transferable intellectual property rights in the original elements created specifically for this project shall be assigned to the Client. Any third-party materials shall remain subject to their applicable licences.

By accepting this project, the Freelancer confirms acceptance of all project requirements, commercial usage conditions and intellectual property obligations stated above.
