Motion Graphic Rating Animation Template

I am looking for a motion graphics designer to create a reusable rating animation template for short-form travel content.

I will provide the base image. The goal is to create an animated rating graphic that can be reused across future videos without requiring custom animation work each time.

The provided graphic contains three rating wheels representing different categories, such as:
1. Cleanliness
2. Service
3. Comfort

Each wheel contains rating levels such as:
1. Awful
2. Poor
3. Decent
4. Great
5. Outstanding

The animation should allow the editor to select a desired rating for each category, and the wheel should spin and land on the chosen rating.

Requirements
- Animate the provided artwork
- Create smooth, polished wheel-spin animations
- Build as a reusable template
