Mixed Media Video Editor for Ads

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to help me create short, mixed media video ads aimed at promoting a product. The primary platform for these videos will be social media.
Key aspects of the project include:
- Editing live-action and animated content into engaging, product-focused video ads.
- Understanding of social media norms and trends to craft relevant, appealing content.
- Ability to work with footage and assets provided, as well as contributing creative ideas.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience with mixed media video editing, particularly for product promotion.
- A portfolio showcasing engaging social media content.
- Strong understanding of current social media platforms and their audiences.
I do NOT have a large budget to begin with so I am looking for the "cheap" solution, if you are good this can potentially be a longer-term gig. As I will need ads continually made.
