Mixed Media Video Editor Needed for Real Estate Marketing and Content

I'm seeking a skilled video editor for a promotional/marketing video for for real estate marketing and content. This mixed media project will involve both live-action and animation elements, so experience in both areas is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit video footage into a cohesive and compelling mixed media piece
- Incorporate text overlays at specified points
- Add special effects to enhance the visual appeal and engagement of the video

The ideal candidate has:
- Prior experience with mixed media video editing
- A keen eye for detail and pacing
- Proficiency in video editing software and tools. DaVinci or Premier Pro.
- Creativity and ability to contribute ideas for special effects and text overlays
- Excellent communication skills to understand and implement my vision for the video.
- Experience in real estate video editing needed.
- Content editing that includes storyline would be handy to have also.
