Minor Video Edit

We require a few minor edits to this video to display it as a background texture on our client's new website
- removing text at 00:08 to 00:19
- removing man walk through from 00:23 to 00:34
- removing man walk through from 01:09 to 01:11
- removing man walk through from 01:18 to 01:20
- removing man walk through from 01:52 to 02:01

We need the video exported as mp4 in high resolution for retina web displays (a small file size would also be great).
