I’m building a YouTube channel that feels calm, airy and clutter-free, and I want every touchpoint—video frames, thumbnails, descriptions, and supporting blog posts—to echo that same minimalistic aesthetic. I already know the niche and the broad themes; what I’m missing is a clear, actionable roadmap that ties design, content flow, and affiliate monetisation together from day one.
Here’s what I’m expecting from you:
• Visual identity playbook for YouTube: colour palette, typography, thumbnail layout and simple motion graphics guidelines that keep the look clean and consistent.
• Video content framework: topic structure, ideal runtime, on-screen text style and a repeatable scripting format that naturally weaves in affiliate call-outs without feeling salesy.
• Blog component: written-article templates that mirror the channel’s tone, plus advice on formatting (headings, whitespace, image placement) so the posts remain visually minimalist.
• Affiliate marketing setup: step-by-step instructions on choosing the right programmes, creating compliant disclosures, adding tracking links to YouTube descriptions and blog posts, and monitoring performance in Google Analytics or a similar dashboard.
• Implementation checklist so I can follow along and tick items off as I build.
Acceptance criteria
1. All brand and content guidelines supplied in an editable document (Google Docs or Notion).
2. At least one sample thumbnail PSD or Canva file.
3. A starter blog article (≈600 words) demonstrating your formatting recommendations.
4. Affiliate workflow documented clearly enough that a beginner can replicate it in under an hour.
