Micro Video Editing with Visuals

I have a micro video under 15 seconds that needs basic visuals. I'm looking for someone who can add moving square boxes with a green (sometimes red) outline to my video. These boxes should track a specific object in the video. After this video, I have three more that will need similar editing.
