Master Social Media leader & Video Editor content creators Needed

Social media sprint editors x 2 needed.
Must be able to work 6am to 10pm N Z time. We run 5 major organic pages. WE DO NOT RUN PPC Ads.
The sites generate 25m engagements a month currently. You must be an extremely good video editor, and be outstanding at generating engagement, comments and be hungry to grow fast. Hungry for massive engagement.
A person that understands BREVO, Whats app, Messenger campaigns and able to set up business Automation will be preferred.
You will be working 8 - 30 minute social media sprints every day. First at 8 am then hourly at 10, 11, 12, 1, 3, 5, 6, 7pm.
Each sprint editor session includes 10 mins scanning other local sites and news media for relevent videos, crime, events then posting into two facebooks, 2 instas, and fb groups.
10 mins in admin - managing and growing 15 facebook groups and adding Automation to save time.
Production of 2 Ai prompted articles per day.
Commenting and setting up auto content.
Deleting dead posts.
We run topics around crime, news, general relevent local vids and images, weather updates, sharing within our groups, quizzes, feedback Q posts, food and lifestyle posts, polls and regular topics.
We are prepared to pay 5 /9 usd per hour. And includes bonuses.
