I'm looking for a video editor who specializes in short form (<60 seconds) social content (TikTok, IG Reels, YT Shorts).

I'll need videos for both organic content and paid video ads. So, you should have an understanding of social app algorithms, what makes engaging content, and what makes an effective ad.

You don't have to be an expert in these areas, but you definitely need to understand the basics.

The following skills are required:
* Sound design & mixing
* Subtitles
* Transitions
* Motion graphics
* Color grading

You should be a fluent English speaker, responsive on email or chat (24 hr response time), and occasionally available for video meetings. I promise to be a responsive and professional client as well.
