Make a music video

I need a music video done based on a concept and set to a song that I will provide. I need the screenplay, direction, shooting and production. And I need a one woman crew for it as it is a personal video with some mild suggestive scenes that I wouldn't otherwise feel comfortable doing. Pay is flexible and so are working hours.
