Make animated videos + edit other videos

I need someone who can make animated videos for me. and also edit some of my recorded videos. My expectation would be 1 animated video per week + 1 video edit per week. I want someone to join my team on a long-term basis. Sometimes, there will be more work per week and sometimes there will be less work. I will regardless pay a fixed price.
