Low Budget Video Editor | Combine Clips for How-To Projects | Test video editing Project

Hi, I have a how to channel youtube where I take videos of myself doing various projects. I'm looking for someone who can go through the clips and determine which ones go with which projects and combine them to make a decent video. If you can add quick graphics and improve sound quality, even better. These videos are often short, with only a few clips. I am looking to pay $1-5 per video depending on how good you can make the videos look. I am looking to pay $10 for someone to do two videos as a test project.
