Looking for a video editor for facebook videos , youtube videos

Hii i m looking for a video edtior to edit facts videos , its not like a project for 1-2-3 videos , i need a permanent video editor , soo looking for budget friendly editor . i also added a link of the video that kind of editing i want in my videos .video length will be no more than 6 minutes.
