Looking for someone to edit a podcast

I am creating a new podcast called EMpowered. It will be a series talks where I discuss over coming my struggles with my Skin , finances, alcohol, and how I became empowered. As well as an audio I would also like a video recording to share to youtube. I have never done anything like this before so really looking for some help and someone who matches the vibe and feel im going for.
