Looking for a permanent content creator for YouTube Channel

I'm looking for someone who can watch a 15-20 minute English language video carefully, understand the subject, and create a summary video of 5 minutes in the Hindi language.

The content creator should be able to provide the video with a human voiceover in the Hindi language. Has to be a good video editor who can look out for relevant and royalty-free videos and images for the video. Edit the video with motion graphics and background music, and give me the final product with a thumbnail. I would also require a short YouTube video version of the same.

I have a really tight budget for this project which is obviously long enough to give you work for several months or maybe years. So I don’t need to know how much you charge per video creation. I want to know how much you would charge for bulk orders. I would require 15 videos a month, maybe more. But for the moment, quote me for 15 videos.

I want to go with someone who offers me the best prices for my requirements.
