Looking for a female Reel Editor for Story-time video/vlog video (basic skills in video-editing needed)

Hi! I'm looking for someone who can create an engaging reel with the footage I record and send over to you. You don't need to be an "absolute pro" in video editing. You should be familiar with the most basic editing programs (such as capcut). The most important thing is that you can recognize the mood of the video clips and be able to cut them together so that it's more engaging. I want someone who is a consumer of content on Tiktok and Instagram reels, so that you are familiar with story-time content/vlog content.
The main task is to cut parts together so they make sense and are engaging for the viewer. I will send you different clips which are already cut (to some degree), and your task will be to put the clips of a story time together. I myself will add texting and retouching if needed. No massive effects or transitions needed. Authentic and simple.
It's something I would usually do myself but I don't have the time at the moment.
Requirements:
- Edit personal vlog footage into a reels (1-3 min long, depending on what feels natural).
- 1 video
- Maintain a engaging, calm and funny tone
- Preferably a female video editor as the content is for women (moving on after long-term relationship, empowerment and healing)
Ideal skills and experience:
- Familiar with basic video editing (cap-cut)
- Basic experience with editing vlogs and picking out the best parts which will capture the viewer
- Up to date with what works for algorithms on Instagram and Tiktok
- Strong sense of pacing and mood
- Are aware of trends in social media
- Creative
