Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Video Editor & YouTube Content Manager to help grow and manage our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing engaging videos, creating compelling thumbnails, writing optimized descriptions/titles, and uploading content consistently to maximize reach and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content.
- Add effects, transitions, background music, and subtitles where needed.
- Design eye-catching thumbnails tailored to YouTube standards.
- Upload videos to YouTube with proper metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, playlists).
- Ensure videos are optimized for SEO and audience retention.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve content quality and channel growth.
- Monitor video performance and provide feedback/reports.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required).
- Strong knowledge of YouTube platform, algorithms, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Ability to create thumbnails and graphics (Photoshop/Canva or similar tools).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of audience engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:
