Looking for a Video editor + Graphic designer who has knowledge on Social media maintenance

I am looking for a skilled Video Editor and Graphic Designer who has experience in Social Media Maintenance. The project requires editing & creating promotional videos to be used on various social media platforms. Ideal candidates should also have knowledge of graphic design for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The frequency of requirements will be around 4 posts and 2 videos per week.
