Looking for Thai Video Editor

Good day guys,

As mentioned in the title, I am looking for a Thai Video Editor. You must need to know Thai as I am speaking in Thai language in my video and without understand the raw videos which is in Thai, it will be very hard for you to edit the videos.

The videos will be Raw type videos, I will give you the raw videos and you will edit it into 8-10 minutes.
