Looking for a Dynamic Content Creator

I am talking about a video editor that can take a recorded video using the GREEN SCREEN and make awesome graphics that derives from the dialogue from the speaker.

I will be launching a contest in order to pick the person I will be working with for a new project that will grow overtime very quick, at the same time I will be rewarding you with higher value per video as I grow. Therefore you will grow together with me.

I will be making a introduction video as a sample
I will be needing the following
