Looking For Permanent Youtube Gaming Video editor and/or (READ FIRST)

As you can see by the time I post this, I just reached 100 subs. It's a big milstone for a small youtuber like me and I am interested in looking for someone to edit my Youtube Videos for me. I am looking for one of two types of editors:
NOTE: I AM LOOKING FOR A PERMANENT EDITOR WHO IS WILLING TO HELP ME AS MUCH AS HE CAN IN MY YOUTUBE CAREER!
1. I am looking for someone who I can send my gameplay to them and they will try to make it look professional as possible. This means they can put in some tone and make it look like any of the classic action or horror youtube videos you see today. It doesn't have to be that professional. However, they should be edited like a high quality and serious Youtube Video, not a funny youtube video with memes. That's the style I am looking for. Again, you will be called up and you can take your time on the video as long as I have it done by the next few days. It would also be a pleasure if you can make a thumbnail for my video.
2. The next type of editor I am looking for is someone who can makes Youtube videos like these: https://www.youtube.com/c/Stryxo/featured

The style I am asking for is someone who can make Youtube videos edited where we talk about gaming stuff, like analysis or honest thoughts about a game topic, like these Youtubers, who I am inspired by! The outline is simple, I will talk with my voice about a specific game topic while music plays in the background with some transitions on the screen that will relative to what I am talking about. For example, If I am talking about Nintendo, you put Nintendo stuff on the screen.
Here are the rules:
I wish for you to be my permanent editor or employee
I wish for thumbnails with the videos.
I wish for the video to be done in the next few days without any huge delays (Any serious reason will be accepted)
Now we need to talk about money. Since you will be my new editor for my Youtube Career, expect to be paid. I will pay you every time I make a video that needs high quality editing. You will only get paid for every video you help me make. You also need to know that I am willing to pay you, but not for a high price. The price should not be expensive and a suitable price. The price will be the same for every video, no matter the type or length. Once I hopefully gain the ability to monetize on Youtube or Twitch, then we can increase your average wage/salary.
This is all I need from anyone willing to work for me. Remember I am looking for temporary editors and those two types only.
In order to pay you every time I make a video, if there is a place I can pay you other than freelancer, let me know because it will be easier to pay you, like discord or a specific website. (optional).
