Looking For an ADVANCED AND VERSATILE Video Editor

My name is, Zack, and I am looking to hire a dedicated video editor for my team.
My company, ZTown Media, primarily works with small businesses, and I am looking for an experienced editor who is a passionate storyteller.
We edit a variety of videos for clients ranging from Facebook ads, branded videos, testimonials, and even commercials.
We have a particular editing style with our videos that involves A LOT of Motion Graphics. Many of these Graphics are just templates from Envato Elements that I have used and combined, but it is still very time-consuming.
Listed below are a few examples of videos that I have edited myself. I'm not claiming to be the best editor in the world, but I am looking for someone who is at least at my level or better.

It is important to understand that I am looking for someone who can operate without much direction and guidance. For each project, I will always debrief you on the shoot and my vision for the edit very thoroughly with detailed loom videos, and pre-edit meetings if necessary.
However, I am relying on you as the editor to use your creativity to tell the story, and bring the vision to life.
So if you are an editor who can only operate off specific instructions, and step-by-step directions, then this is most likely not the role for you. On the other hand, if you're a passionate editor with creative ideas and love story telling, then please apply!
We pay our editors by video type on a fixed basis, instead of hourly. As an editor myself, I'm aware the price of an edit depends on the complexity. Each of the video types I listed will have the same level of complexity for future videos in that particular category. Since we have a certain editing style for certain types of videos, it will stay pretty consistent.
**Please submit proposals and inquiries only through Freelancer and include the following in your proposal**
1.) A fixed estimate (not hourly) to edit each of the 5 types of videos I listed as examples (interviews, talking to camera ads, commercials, highlight videos, social media reels). Once again, I'm aware it can vary on the complexity of the edit, so please just provide a rough estimate based on the references, and we can discuss details later.
2.) Portfolio samples of your work closely related to the references I listed in this post. Any samples that aren't similar to the references I have shared will not be considered for this role. Please do not send any demo reels alone, as I am looking for videos similar to the ones that we mainly edit (interview style, talking to camera videos, ads, commercials, etc.) If you'd like to provide more context and share your portfolio/demo reel in addition to what I'm asking for, that is completely fine and I encourage it.
