I'm looking for a long-term editor for my gaming channel. You don’t need to be a world-class editor, just decent. Together, we can grow and improve!

Channel Overview:
- The content primarily consists of challenge videos.
- Editing style is humorous and engaging.
- The goal is to boost viewer retention and engagement.

Editing Requirements:
- Incorporate on-screen text and annotations.
- Insert sound effects and memes at appropriate moments.

Expectations:
- I aim to release 1-2 videos a week.
- Pay will increase as my channel grows.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in video editing software.
- Can deliver 'retention editing' to keep viewers engaged.
- Has a sense of timing and humour that aligns with gaming content.
- Can meet deadlines consistently.

Also I don’t mind what editing software you use, just as long as you get the job done
