Long-Term YouTube Editor Wanted: High-Retention Editing (Motion Graphics & B-Roll Focus)

Project Description
The Overview I am looking for a talented, creative, and consistent Video Editor to join my workflow on a long-term, fixed basis. I am not looking for a one-off gig; I am looking for a production partner who understands pacing, visual engagement, and storytelling.
My channel focuses on Helping small business scale using AI & automation for Australia Market, and the editing style relies heavily on high-quality B-roll, clean motion graphics, and dynamic text overlays to keep viewer retention high.
The Workflow & Volume
Volume: 2 Videos per week (Consistent schedule).
Length: Approximately 4 or 5 minutes per video.
Duration: This is a fixed-term engagement (e.g., 1–3 months initially) with the intent to extend indefinitely if the quality matches expectations.
What I Provide
A-Roll (Talking head) footage.
Voiceovers (if applicable).
Script/Outline with general direction.
Brand assets (logos, fonts, colors).
What You Will Do (Scope of Work)
A-Roll Cleanup: Syncing audio, color correction, and jump-cut editing.
Visual Storytelling: This is the most important part. You must be able to illustrate points using relevant stock footage, custom B-roll, and screenshots.
Motion Graphics: Smooth text animations, lower thirds, and animated diagrams/icons to explain concepts.
Pacing: Editing for retention. Understanding when to be fast-paced and when to let the footage breathe.
Sound Design: subtle sound effects (swooshes, pops, risers) and background music mixing.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve equivalent).
Access to high-quality stock footage/music libraries (e.g., Storyblocks, Epidemic Sound) is a massive plus.
Fast communication and ability to meet strict weekly deadlines.
Portfolio: You must provide links to YouTube videos you have edited that demonstrate motion graphics and B-roll usage.
Budget & Payment
I prefer a fixed price per month (paid via weekly milestones) or a fixed price per video.
