Long-Term Video Editor Needed (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram & Shorts)

I'm looking for a creative and reliable video editor for a long-term partnership.
I record talking-head videos that are approximately 40 minutes long. I will provide the raw footage, and I need you to create a polished, professional video ready for YouTube, along with several short clips for Facebook, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
What I Need
• Edit one 40-minute talking-head video
• Remove mistakes, long pauses, and filler words
• Picture-in-picture effects
• Burned-in captions
• Basic zooms and transitions
• Audio cleanup and basic color correction
• Create 3-5 short vertical clips from each video for social media
Budget
$75 to $100 USD per completed project
This is an ongoing position with regular work for the right person.
