## 1\ what our business about?
we create videos about “Chinese Feng Shui “, please check the below accounts:

we will follow the above videos, so what you need to do is learn from these videos.
## 2\ what we do and what you do?
Like left.
1\ we will provide you original video which recorded by us(we will provide 20+ videos for you. )
2\ if necessary, we will provide some tutorial
what you need to do :
1\ find the correct elements, including images, short videos, etc…. which related with the video content. (for the elements, you search from online, or you can generate by any AI. )
2\ edit the video
3\ Match the most suitable music to give the audience a better experience
4\ Automatically identify subtitles for videos and correct them
5\ output the video(both English subtitles and no subtitles version), and upload onto the target place.
## 3\ quality requirement and working efficiency required
1. all the videos quality must be match with the sample accounts which I showed above.
2. our video will be 1min-2min, maximum 3mins(very very few), so each day, you need to make sure work out 10+ short videos minimum(based on good quality)
3. Capcut is a very efficient tool, I hope you can easily work on it.
## 4\ Your salary and payment
1. as this is long term working, we will provide salary as: 10USD for 10videos
2. after 3 month, if your work quality and attitude good, salary will increase to 15USD for 10videos
3. you can manage your working time by yourself.
4. Bonus: if a video has huge plays, bonus will be send to you based on below rules:
1. if a video plays more than 100K: 10USD bonus
2. if a video plays more than 500K: 20USD bonus
3. if a video plays more than 1M: 30USD
we will share our accounts URL foryou , you will see all the video performance.
payment:
in the begininng of our cooperation, we pay weekly;
## 5\ video quality approval:
1. we will approve the video quality based on below:
1. The elements in the video are rich and diverse, and fit the theme of the video very well.
2. Music, sound effects are work well with video to elevate the audience’s emotions
3. subtitles of video matchs correctly
2. if the quality not good, we will not approve, you need to optimized the video until it meet requirement.
