LONG TERM Video Editor needed for really BASIC Edits (for people of South America)

Video-Editing Company is not looking for another Video Editor to just fill a job.
We are cutting edge Solopreneur Video Editing company working with several clients around the world and in search for the right individual who has the motivation, the commitment and the skillset to make the most of this opportunity. Someone who makes a personal commitment to giving top quality, consistent performance because that's just who they are and what they want.
Our company is NOT looking for temporary workers who bounce from job to job. We worked hard at becoming one of the best on our niche and we're still growing. The only thing we need it's more professional, pro-active people to grow with us.

What will the freelancer Be Doing?
THIS JOB IS FOR PEOPLE FROM SOUTH AMERICA (SO PEOPLE THAT ARE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH) IF YOU ARE FROM COLOMBIA, THAT'S A HUGE PLUS!
We need a production assistant to cut videos and subtitle videos in English. Need to be active from monday to friday. As we go on, you will have more tasks and more creative videos to edit. Everything will be step by step.
Needs to be proactive and always bring something different to the table with each edit. What we don't want is a lot back and forward with messaging. We are very clear with the instructions, so we expect the same from you.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT FLUENT IN ENGLISH!
Because we will be working with English speaking clients. So you will have to subtitle in English. Some of our clients are not native English speakers, so their accent is a little difficult to understand. That's why we need someone really FLUENT in English.
If you just have basic knowledge on this language, this is NOT THE JOB FOR YOU.
We need the editor to be fast and deliver this easy projects before the deadline that we set.
You need to have knowledge working in:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
This job is for an audition. I will be selecting 5 candidates to hire on a trial basis. After seeing your work, we'll choose who to bring onto the team.
Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. As corny as it sounds, there are two qualities that I am looking for:

Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with myself and your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team.
Commitment. I've had freelancers for one project and others for over 1 year. I'm looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship with the expectations that this could become full time. If you're just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.
