LED Stage Background Videos

I have a corporate event coming up for our spices-and-mustard-oil brand and I need a set of loopable videos to run across a large LED backdrop on stage. The look I’m after is minimalist and clean—subtle motion, generous negative space, and smooth transitions that let the product visuals take centre stage without overwhelming the presenters or the audience.
You’ll receive high-res product packs, logo assets and our brand palette the moment we start. From there I’m counting on your motion-graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar) to transform them into elegant loops that feel fresh, polished and unmistakably on-brand. No voice-over or heavy text, just refined kinetic elements, light parallax, gentle reveals—anything that keeps attention on the bottles, pouches and spices while complementing the event’s lighting design.
Time is critical: I need first cuts within a few days and final renders shortly after, so please be comfortable turning work around fast and making tweaks in real time on feedback.
Deliverables (all loop-ready):
• 3–4 background videos at the LED wall’s native resolution (I’ll share specs)
• Final H.264/ProRes files plus editable project files and assets
• Seamless 15–20 second loops, colour-graded to match brand guidelines
