Japanese Poker Vlog Editing

Job ID: 39824098

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m launching a monthly series of Las Vegas poker vlogs aimed at a Japanese-speaking audience and I need a talented editor who can bring them to life in both languages. Each episode will run 20–30 minutes and I’m planning four releases every month, so consistency and speed are essential.

The tone I’m after is fast-paced and energetic—think the punchy flow you see in Masato Poker or Brad Owen’s work. Every hand will be tracked: I’ll supply clear notes on hole cards, stack sizes, bet amounts, and results, and I expect colorful, eye-catching graphics to illustrate those details on screen. Viewers should instantly understand the action even if they glance away from the captions.

Fluency in Japanese is non-negotiable. If you’re not as fluent in English that is okay. You’ll handle accurate subtitles in both English and Japanese, making sure cultural nuances land for audiences on either side of the Pacific. Beyond the felt, I’ll be showcasing Las Vegas life, side trips to other U.S. cardrooms, and plenty of behind-the-scenes moments. Your edits should weave these lifestyle shots seamlessly with the poker action so the vlog feels like a complete travel experience, not just a session report.

Typical workflow: I deliver raw 4K footage, audio tracks, and hand notes; you turn each episode around within about a week, ready for YouTube upload. If you already know your way around poker vlog conventions—overlays, B-roll pacing, sound design—that’s a huge plus.

Deliverables each month:
• Four fully edited 20–30 min episodes in 4K
• Burned-in and separate .srt subtitles (EN & JP)
• Bespoke card and stack graphics aligned to my notes
• Exported thumbnail stills and short teasers for socials

If this sounds like your game, let’s shuffle up and deal.
