Investor-Focused Property Ad Video
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a short, punchy Facebook ad that showcases one of my current listings specifically for real-estate investors. The objective is clear: promote the property and spark immediate interest by spotlighting the numbers—projected ROI, location upside, and any value-add potential—rather than the usual “dream-home” angle.
The format I have in mind is a feature-highlight reel. Quick cuts, bold on-screen text, and dynamic motion graphics that pull out key metrics will work far better for this audience than a traditional walkthrough or testimonial. I’ll supply the photos, floor plan, and my own talking-points; you turn them into a 30–45 second video that feels made for the Facebook feed—square or vertical aspect, subtitles burned-in, clear call-to-action at the end.
Deliverables
• Final video in .mp4, ready to upload
• Source project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci—whichever you use)
• One thumbnail image that matches the creative
Acceptance criteria
The finished spot must load natively on Facebook, keep viewers engaged through the first five seconds, and close with an irresistible “Learn More” click prompt linking to my landing page.
If you’ve built investor-centric pieces before, send over a link or two so I can see your pacing and graphic style. I’m ready to move quickly once I review a reel that fits.
