Instagram/youtube Reel Video Creation

I'm in need of a freelancer who can design and produce an Instagram reel format video with professional and realistic visuals. The content is legal-focused, but it should have an entertaining twist to keep viewers engaged.

Key aspects of the job:
- The script will be provided in English and French.
- You will be given a French voice-over that corresponds with the text to be included in the video.
- Subtitles will also be provided based on the script.

Please note that speaking French is not a requirement for this project. The videos will be ordered on a regular basis, so consistency and reliability are key.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Experience creating content for Instagram, particularly reels
- Ability to work with provided audio and subtitles
- Familiarity with sourcing and using copyright-free and royalty-free stock footage and images.
